The FSR-LS is another versatile option for FSR20, FSR50, and SRFT8. Add this seat to turn your machine into a fully functioning Lat Pulldown. Can be added on the uprights to any suitable height position. The Knee Holder Pads adjusts to your desired height easily with the pop-pin.
