This machine is excellent! I've had my Precor for 6 weeks and use it about 5 days a week. It's a larger machine so make sure you have plenty of room. I'm very pleased with my purchase. The delivery took a while, but I emailed them to confirm the status of my machine and heard back a couple days later that it was almost ready for delivery. They actually had given me a free upgrade as well!

It arrived is great condition (a little apprehensive due to the fact that is was used)...but it looks like new. It runs great. It arrived completely protected in bubble wrap. They did a great job protecting it for its travels.

got refurbished my5 powerplate - some good impressions, some not so wonderful - like the remote control design is outright silly - no on/off button- really strange! I am absolutely impressed with the service and delivery of our treadmills. We have an odd situation since we don't have any really wide doors into our fitness center which required partial disassembly of the treadmills. And they were having trouble finding a shipper that could accomodate our needs. So the solution was to personally deliver our treadmills (a 1600 mile round trip) and install them as we'd requested. They do an excellent job and their dedication to their customers is top notch!

Bike has lots of flexibility to adjust seat and handle bar height and both move forward and backward so that you get the best sureor possible. Adjustable tension also allows you to tailor your workout.

I’ve used this cable crossover for about 2 years and it’s one of the best out there. Great build and great looking as well.

If you have 30 minutes to spare this thing is amazing. I've never seen a treadmill go over 15 degrees, let alone 30. Just walking at 2.5 mph and 18 degree incline will get your heart rate over 150bpm easy. Could only recommend this more if it was cheaper. It's definitely worth the investment.

The hand rails are so far away, that you either have to round your shoulders and keep your arms completely outstretched, or you have to bend so far forward that the incorrect posture threatens injury. What an unfortunate problem with this machine's design. Please patch! This is very disappointing; I really want to be able to use the Precor Stepper but it is actually painful to try to contort my upper body in order to try to use it. The Stairmaster's handrail placement is far superior. Again, please find a solution.

I bought this unit and was disappointed to learn that a NEW NuStep was only $296 more with a better warranty. This one is ok, but I would have paid more for a new one.

This is a great product at a more than fair price and with reasonable delivery time. My only complaint is that you predicted delivery in a shorter time and failed to come through, which was annoying. But I am delighted with the purchase.

We're very happy with our recent refurb'ed Next Generation Power Plate purchase from Fitness Superstore. We bought it sight-unseen and now that it's here, the machine is in spotless condition and runs perfectly. It was delivered timely, directly to our home gym. We also had them install the foam pad and the Powershield underneath it and between the two of them the unit's actually quiet. They also brought the balancing / stretching strap tie-downs which we weren't expecting so that was a nice surprise. We've now purchased a refurb'ed Lifefitness treadmill and Power Plate from them and we couldn't be happier with both. I'd also recommend checking out the extended warranties since they offer some piece of mind and their warranty service is top-notch. Fitness Superstore comes through again!

In my 10 years as a gym rat, this has by far been my favorite piece of gym equipment delivering the most efficient total body workout, its so gentle on my knees that I use it on my "off" days during marathon training and feel little impact even after 60 minutes of using it!

Working out on this machine is fun and easy. You feel like you’re flying through the air, get a great workout without stress on your joints. I love it!

This site is a total rip-off!! Amazon has these weights for $150 less with free shipping! When I shop around, I hate to see sites like this!

The machine came in good condition and I was pleased with the delivery. The hand and leg handles were not padded as promised, but when I called about it, the handles were ordered and came very quickly. The mat for under the Reformer did not arrive either, but again, I called and the mat was sent to me very quickly. All in all, it was a good experience.

I have been using the Octane Fitness standing and seated elliptical for 3 years. Today I tried the LateralX and was pleasantly surprise HOW HARD IT WAS. I can usual do an Octane Fitness machine for an hour or hour and an half. I was thankful with the 30 minutes I had set on the LateralX was over. The lateral action burned my inner thighs and glutes. I AM SO BUYING THIS MACHINE!!!!

I am mobility impaired due to spinal issues and have used this item in my physical therapy sessions. It has done a great job strengthening my core and leg/hip muscles. 10 minutes 2x a week have made me more mobile. Great encouragement and results.

This is my favorite bike to use at the gym.

I first experienced this bike at a YMCA. I absolutely loved it. I wasn't bored and time actually flew by. It was comfortable and didn't hurt my back and knees. I can't think of anything negative about it.

I finally found an elliptical machine that I like! I'm 6'3" and with a lot of ellipticals the stride doesn't feel natural - it's either too choppy or too short which doesn't allow for complete leg extension. I've used this Matrix Ascent at a local gym for the past few years. It has a smooth, low impact stride that is natural and comfortable for anyone regardless of height. And the build quality is excellent.

I have used the apparatus in gyms. I very much like this. That’s why I want purchase this. This is a very nice machine.
