The Cybex VR2 Glute Machine is A Glute machine that is a plate-loaded or selectorized piece of gym equipment designed to strengthen the Gluteal muscles during Strength Training. The user can be kneeling, standing, bent-over, lying Prone, or lying Supine, with the foot against a platform, and lifts the loaded or selected weight by extending the hip and pushing the platform away from the body.
