The FF-FL3 is made of 14 gauge thick steel that are slightly tilt for added strength and stability. This versatile machine can be used as a solo rack for squats or in conjunction with lat pulldown/low row and the utility bench for flat and incline bench press. The upper and lower cables can be set up, using any gym accessories included to effectively target each muscle group.
