The French Fitness Olympic Camber Bar's design forces the upper body to stay in a vertical position during the squat movement enabling you to get more depth. Your hands rest on the camber bar at a lower level than they would on a straight bar. Alternately, the hands can be positioned at various heights on the vertical poles allowing you to increase the range of motion or change the center of gravity.
