The French Fitness Safety Squat Bar is an incredible piece of equipment that provides enormous benefits in terms of strength gains, injury avoidance, mobility constraints, and overall training volume. Your hands are brought in front of your body by the handles that extend over each shoulder allowing you to grip the handles directly in front of your body with ease. The hand placement and weight distribution put shoulders, elbows, and wrists in a more secure and comfortable position, allowing you to perform more reps, lift more weight, and grow in strength. The sloped ends of the bar distribute the weight differently than a traditional barbell, enabling the lifter to stay upright throughout the workout. The soft, thick, protective neck and shoulder pads are highly durable and easy to clean. The thick rubber grips provide comfort and prevent slipping.
