The French Fitness Shasta Selectorized Horizontal Ab Crunch targets the abdominal muscles and delivers effective and safe training. Hand grips are made of urethane composite and the aluminum collars secure the grips in place, preventing them from slipping during use. Foot rollers lock users in to maximize ab development. The FFS-HAC needs no set-up adjustment to accommodate users of all sizes making it a great start to strength training.

  • Frame: Each frame is protected with two layers of anti-static powder to reduce or eliminate electrostatic buildup
  • Anti-Slip: Rubber feet stabilize the base of the frame and prevent the machine from slipping
  • Cushion: Molded foam used in contoured cushions provides superior comfort
  • Hand Grips: Aluminum collars secure the grips in place, preventing them from slipping during use. Hand grips are made of urethane composite.
  • Cable: 7x19 strand construction, lubricated, nylon-coated cable
  • Pulleys: Pulleys made of fiberglass-impregnated nylon have sealed bearings
