The French Fitness Tahoe Seated Leg Extension is an essential component for strength training development. Adaptation and modification for this machine can be done while seated. It has five different adjustable starting point positions. A suitable 220lbs. weight stack is thrust in a pilot system with polished guide rods, nylon coated cables, pulleys, and sealed bearings for dependable trouble-free performance.
