The French Fitness FFS Silver Olympic Flat Bench Press is crafted from 11 gauge high-grade steel. FFS-OFB has two catch bar positions and provides room for a spotter to help you target those pectoral and tricep muscles. Contoured cushions for added comfort and rubber feet to prevent the machine from slipping.
