This 100-pound heavy bag comes pre-filled with iron sand, sponge, rags and pearl cotton uniformly dispersed throughout the 3.5 feet of the bag tough enough for absorbing the most intense shocks. Crafted with high quality leather and sewn with durable backstitch for maximum durability. The four straps are sewn directly to the bag and includes heavy duty carabiner and swivel for easy hanging. 100 lb and 13 inch in diameter gives just enough movement perfect for punching, throwing elbows and sending kicks of all types.
