US Territories, California, Canada

California, Wisconsin & New Jersey Buyers

For California buyers, sales tax will be calculated based on the combined state, county, and district rates, which ranges from 7.25% to 10.25%. 5% sales tax will be charged for Wisconsin buyers and 6.625% will be charged to New Jersey buyers upon checkout. Customers from other states in the US will not be charged a sales tax.

US Territories Buyers

No additional fees will be charged upon delivery. Our online checkout price includes door-to-door shipping to your address, which amount to 10.5% for Puerto Rico and 4% for Guam. No taxes for USVI.

Canada Buyers

Customs/Brokerage/Duty/Border Fees (“Fees”) will be charged upon online checkout. These Fees reflect amounts collected by the CBSA at the time of import of your order and paid by Fitness Superstore on your behalf. Fitness Superstore will handle all disbursements and paperwork for fees once we receive your payment. The rates are:

  • Ontario: 13%
  • Atlantic provinces (Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI): 15%
  • All other provinces (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Yukon): 5%

Other Countries

Large Shipments Outside USA, Canada, & US Territories

  • VAT/GST will be charged on the total of the item cost plus shipping for all international destinations, including Canada and Mexico.
  • Customers are responsible for all import, border, brokerage, duty, customs, port fees, VAT, GST, and other taxes and fees applied by their country.
  • Customers are responsible for transportation from the ocean port to their final delivery location.
  • Our website provides a quotation for CIF terms to the largest port in the country of destination. Should you prefer DDP or EXW terms, please contact us to receive a custom quotation. 
  • We can ship to most ports in your country. However, any ports other than the largest, will require a quote, which you can email, chat, or call our team for.
  • Fitness Superstore can assist in providing the necessary paperwork that may be required in transit or in the port of entry. You may contact us for further guidance.

Deliveries of small parcels facilitated through FedEx and UPS do not need to contact you to schedule a delivery, however freight carriers and moving companies used to ship large equipment will need to set a delivery date and time with you.
