Step 1. Order Has Been Processed
The processing time is indicated on each product page. Transit time is additional. So, the total time to receive your order = processing time + transportation time. We have a "Processing & Transit Time Calculator" available on each product page which can calculate the estimated time to receive your order.
For additional reference on where your items will come from:
- French Fitness Equipment: 100% from Benicia, CA warehouse
- Brand New Equipment (non French Fitness brand): 15% shop from Benicia, CA while the rest will be coming from other States.
- Remanufactured Equipment: 80% are from Benicia, CA. 20% from other states

Step 2. Order Has Been Shipped
Tracking information will be sent to you via email within 24 hours upon shipping. Here’s what you can expect to receive from us, based on your chosen mode of delivery:
- For Curbside delivery - we’ll provide the carrier we used for shipment + the tracking number
- For Room of Choice delivery - we’ll provide the carrier, tracking number, and the installer's information
- For Parcel deliveries - we’ll provide you with the USPS/FedEx tracking number


Step 3. Delivery

How Fitness Superstore Packages Gym Equipment

Here’s an overview of what you can expect on your delivery:
- Brand New Machines: Machines are disassembled upon delivery. Frame pieces are either blanket wrapped or in cardboard boxes. The equipment is securely attached to the bottom pallet or frame, ensuring stability and product safety.
- Remanufactured Machines: Crate with the product securely tied to a wooden frame with the same material used on a treadmill belt.
- Parcel Deliveries: Cardboard boxes (items below 150 lbs, FedEx: within 165” in length and girth, USPS: within 130” in length and girth) or blanket wrapped for heavy metal parts.
- Plywood is placed over fragile areas like consoles, cardio equipment, and other plastic materials.
- Upon sealing, the crates are enclosed with heavy duty stretch wrap and a strapping machine is used, firmly locking all layers of packaging.
FREIGHT SHIPPING WITHOUT ASSEMBLY

Curbside Delivery
Get your machines delivered to the closest curb accessible by a 24-foot box truck from your location. In the absence of a nearby curb, your items will be dropped off on your driveway or part of your property closest to the street.
What to expect:
- Shipping time: 2-14 business days for residents of the lower 48 states and may take longer for other states. You may call or email us to confirm the expected arrival date of your items.
- One person will deliver, shipped through a third party courier
- Machine/s are packed in a crate
- The customer will be responsible for placing their purchases in their preferred areas, as well as unpacking and disposing of the packaging
- Select products will be delivered assembled, while some are disassembled, according to the specific product’s information (which you may find on its product page)

Garage Delivery, No Unpacking, Left in Crate
If you’d like for us to simply deliver your new gym equipment to your garage, this is the service to avail.
What to expect:

The courier will arrive equipped with a liftgate and a pallet jack, which can only cross gravel and concrete roads.

The customer will be responsible for placing their purchases in their specific preferred areas other than the garage, as well as unpacking and disposing of the packaging.
Small Parcel Deliveries
Smaller items that don’t need assembly or can fit in standard parcels will be shipped out either through one of our partner couriers or personally delivered by our in-house vehicle. Parcels to be shipped within 120 miles of our showroom in Benicia, CA will be delivered by our trucks. Beyond 120 miles, shipping will be through USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Expect delivery within 1-6 business days for the lower 48 states in addition to the processing time stated on the item page.

Room of Choice Delivery
In the checkout page, you will see 5 options under the drop-down Room of Choice Delivery menu. Here’s a guide on how to determine which one is applicable to your order:
If you’re setting up a garage gym, then this service is perfect for you! We can assemble your equipment right into their new home with our garage installation services.
What to expect:
- Shipping time: 5-17 business days to the lower 48 states in addition to the processing time stated on the item page. Note that it may take longer for other states. You may call or email us to confirm the expected arrival date of your items.
- If there are barriers such as stairs, soil, grass, or a passageway smaller than 60” wide, then this service will not suffice.
- We will take care of unpacking, hauling out the packaging, and installation of your equipment in the designated garage space.
- If there are 3 steps or less from the entrance to the room of choice where the items will be assembled, this option is for you
- The item may arrive fully assembled or to be assembled on-site
- The packaging will be removed and hauled away
- If there are 4 or more steps from the entrance to the room of choice where the items will be assembled, this option is for you
- The item may arrive fully assembled or to be assembled on-site
- The packaging will be removed and hauled away
- This option is only applicable to select items. Select this choice if it appears.
- Whether it’s a garage delivery, 0-3 steps, or 4+ steps room of choice delivery, this option will suffice, covering the same services of assembly, unpacking, and hauling of packaging materials.

What to expect:

- We will need concrete details on which area of your home or business it will be set up, including the width of the most narrow door, number of steps, and other details or photos of where the equipment will pass through, from the entrance to your room of choice. All information must be provided in the order comments of our checkout page. Otherwise, we will send you an email requesting for the measurements, photos, or a video. Failure to provide information may lead to delays in shipping.
- The items will be shipped through a third party courier.
- Room of choice delivery does not include a demonstration of how to use the product. Our movers are not permitted to test nor plug in the equipment, to protect your warranty validity.
- Shipping to be handled by FedEx or Curbside via freight
- Customer is responsible for removing debris or barriers going to the room of choice
- An assembler will arrive approximately after 7 days to move the item/s to your room of choice and install them

International Shipping
- Terms and conditions apply for customers outside of the US and Canada.
- Shipping costs for all countries will reflect on our website upon online checkout.
- International buyers (excluding Canada and smaller items) are responsible for GST/VAT and customs or brokerage fees. Canada shipments will be charged broker fees and GST/VAT.
- Smaller items (under 150 lbs) are shipped via Fedex International Ground, door to door and are subject to customs fees and VAT, which will be included upon checkout.
- Equipment that weighs 150 lbs or more will be shipped via ocean freight.
- Our website provides a quotation for CIF terms to the largest port in the country of destination.
- Should you prefer DDP or EXW terms, please contact us to receive a custom quotation.
- We can ship to most ports in your country. However, any ports other than the largest, will require a quote, which you can email, chat, or call our team for.
- CIF contract - The price covers transportation to the largest port in your country, and all fees associated with getting it to the largest port in your country. However, all fees after the arrival to the destination port are the customer’s responsibility. The customer is responsible for: (1) customs duties and taxes, (2) arranging and paying for transportation from the port to the final destination, and (3) destination port fees.
- DDP contract - Customs duties and arranging and paying for transportation until they reach the destination, and their taxes are factored into the equipment's total price. The seller is accountable for ar responsibility until the product is delivered to the agreed-upon location.
- EXW contract - The customer is responsible for picking up the item/s from our warehouse, coordinating with couriers, and all customs duties, taxes, port charges, and other fees that may be incurred to reach the point of destination.

Northern California Deliveries & In-Store Pickup
If you are located within 120 to 200 miles of our warehouse located in Benicia, CA, then we will deliver in our own trucks. And there will be no additional transportation time on top of the lead time. Simply expect a call from us when your items are ready for delivery!

In-store pickup is also available from our warehouse, with no additional charges. Just indicate your preference for pickup upon checkout.

What will happen if there's damage on your delivered equipment?

Minor to moderate damage
- Missing/damaged parts or small dents fall under this category
- Sign the delivery receipt, form, or proof of delivery and indicate the words “shipping damage” next to your signature
- Option to Accept or Reject Delivery? You have either option available. We would recommend accepting the machine and we will send you the replacement parts along with an installer to fix the damaged part. This will be the quickest way. If the customer does not feel comfortable with this arrangement, you have the option to reject the delivery and contact us to discuss the next steps


Major damage
- Major Damage would be considered something that is not isolated in one area, and usually only happens in rare cases
- Take photos of both the packaging (if it is also damaged) and the equipment, write “major shipping damage” in the delivery receipt’s signature area, reject the delivery, and contact us for the next steps


SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
The delivery costs reflected on our website assume that the customer has provided us with accurate shipping and warranty information. Additional charges will incur when:
- A customer cancels the delivery when the item has already been loaded into the truck or courier
- A customer is late for the agreed delivery appointment
- A customer does not respond to the shipper within 5 business days of contact attempt. This will accumulate to storage fees
- A “Room of Choice Delivery” customer provides inaccurate house measurements or insufficient information regarding their home or space, which will lead to a failed delivery
