French Fitness FSR60 Functional Smith & Squat Rack Home Gym

Engage in intense workout in the comfort of your home with the French Fitness FSR60 Functional Smith & Squat Rack Home Gym. Build those muscles and do a variety of exercises including crossover, standing lat pulldown, sitting lat pull, barbell bar left and right rotation and push up, single parallel bars, barbell bar standing lifting, barbell shoulder squatting, push-ups and pull-ups. With a workout bench, the FSR60 offers more workout options including decline and flat barbell chest press.

The FSR60 is the most compact of all of our FSR (Functional Smith Rack) machines, and can more easily be used in corners or flush against a wall since access behind the machine is not needed.
