The French Fitness Rig is made of sturdy 75mm x 75mm x 3mm, 11 gauge uprights. To create the ideal rig for your gym, simply decide on the height of your uprights (108" or 142" is around 9 feet or 12 feet), your pull-up bars, and your cross members. We provide a large selection of attachments that you can combine with your rigs to achieve your fitness objectives.

Note: Olympic bar, weight plates, and bench not included.
