Description

The French Fitness Tahoe Selectorized Horizontal Ab Crunch targets the abdominal muscles and delivers effective and safe training. Hand grips are made of urethane composite and the aluminum collars secure the grips in place, preventing them from slipping during use. Foot rollers lock users in to maximize ab development. The FFS-HAC needs no set-up adjustment to accommodate users of all sizes making it a great start to strength training.
