Description

Hammer Strength P/L ISO-Lateral D.Y. Row Plate Loaded, blueprinted from human movement. Separate weight horns engage independent diverging and converging motions for equal strength development and muscle stimulation variety. Underhand grip positions with overhead pivots deliver exercisers a natural arc of movement.

Please note that Olympic Weight Plates are not included and sold separately.

“The service rep was awesome! Walked us through everything and made sure we were satisfied. The install crew were very friendly. I minor problem was the installed one of the rigs to close to the wall. We can place a barbell there put can't put any plates on it because it's too close. Other than that the quality is great!”
