Please note the 5 stack (this listing) is the same as in the video, except it has only 1 lat, row, and tricep station - instead of (2), and it's also black in color instead of silver. This means ALL exercises seen in the video can be performed on the 5 stack.

 

French Fitness FFB Black 5 Stack Multi Jungle Gym has 5 weight stacks and is perfect for group training. Can be customized with different add-ons up to five workout stations which allows a variety of exercises to be performed with ease. Can serve up to five users simultaneously and do different exercises all at the same time. 

NOTE: This is the same machine as the French Fitness FFS Silver 5 Stack Multi Jungle Gym except black in color, no other differences. If you want this machine, but in silver, please click the above link.
