Video above is a French Fitness 8 Stack. Please note the 4 stack (this listing) is the same as in the video, except it is only 1 tower instead of 2, and no pull up section in the middle. This means all exercises seen in the video can be performed on the 4 stack EXCEPT for exercises which both crossover stations are used at same time, and exercises using the pull up station.
