For added exercise versatility, you can attach pull-up bands to the bar at your preferred locations. You have the choice to either mount the bar traditionally or or flip it over. This flexibility makes it suitable for low-ceiling environments and doesn't add any height to the rack, making it ideal for shorter individuals. Incorporates three 1-inch holes, each spaced 2 inches apart, to ensure secure attachment to your rack or rig.
