The French Fitness 43" Rack & Rig Multi Grip Pull Up Bar offers a versatile design with several grip options to target different muscle groups. It features standard pull-up bar at the front and rear, in addition to angled and neutral grip options. These various grip options provide traditional, neutral, close, and wide-grip choices. For added exercise versatility, you can attach pull-up bands to the bar at your preferred locations. You have the choice to either mount the bar traditionally or or flip it over. This flexibility makes it suitable for low-ceiling environments and doesn't add any height to the rack, making it ideal for shorter individuals. Incorporates three 1-inch holes, each spaced 2 inches apart, to ensure secure attachment to your rack or rig. Constructed from durable 11-gauge steel tubing and finished with an electrostatic powder coat to ensure excellent adhesion and durability.
