The compact unit fits a 4 x 5-foot space or corner, making it perfect for lofts, condominiums or any home, and it provides more than 90 exercise movement options. The SpiraFlex resistance technology duplicates the benefits of free weights, and it provides 220 pounds of resistance out of the box (can be upgraded to 280 pounds). With the Revolution XP, you'll get all the strength equipment at your local gym in one machine.
