The Cybex 350a Arc Trainer combines the exercise capabilities of a stair stepper and an elliptical to provide a truly unique workout. Reverse Arc motion technology ensures that the users toe never moves behind the knee, reducing stress on joints while maximizing workout potential and range of motion.
