Instead of increasing your weight by an entire plate, you can add the 2.5 lb or 5 lb French Fitness Weight Stack Plate Adapter in any combination to get 2.5, 5, and 7.5 lb increments allowing you more freedom (Use (1) 2.5 and (1) 5 lb Adapter Together to get 7.5 lbs). Made of thick, protective virgin rubber molded over a solid steel core for a lifetime of hassle-free use and is designed to fit most weight stacks on nearly any selectorized weight machine.
