Description

The French Fitness FFS Silver Glute Machine isolates each glute by kicking your leg backward with up to 200 pounds of weight while being guided by parallel solid rods via linear bearings for smooth movement. The single-leg design allows you to exercise your glutes in a comfortable, horizontal position isolating each glute while providing resistance to the working leg; the standing leg strengthens the joint stabilizers and core for balance. Features urethane-covered handles for added stability and an adjustable chest pad to fit users of various heights and provides comfortable upper body support. Standard rear shrouds prevent access to the machine's working parts for added security. Heavy-duty rubber feet guard against floor damage. The weight selector pin is connected to the stack and magnetically locks in place to prevent loss. Made of extremely durable oval steel frame with two layers of anti-static powder coating for optimum adherence and durability.
