Description
The French Fitness Olympic Decline Bench features two catch bar positions and a wide frame providing enough room for a spotter and added security. The bar catches enable multiple starting positions and flawless bar racking and un-racking. The frames are slightly angled to give lifters shoulders full freedom of movement. Equipped with rubber feet to protect floors and keep the bench firmly in place. Spring-assisted seat adjustments for quick changes between reps. Use in conjunction with an Olympic bar and weight plates to help you develop upper body strength.
