Description

The French Fitness Marin P/L Abdominal Oblique Crunch Plate Loaded independent moving arms provide more balanced strength improvement and offer the choice of training one arm at a time or simultaneous parallel and different movement on opposing arms. The direction of the handles converge during movement providing a natural arc of motion and increased range. FFM-PLAOC utilizes swivel seat to create dual action motion to target both sets of oblique muscles and train the abdominal wall.

“The service rep was awesome! Walked us through everything and made sure we were satisfied. The install crew were very friendly. I minor problem was the installed one of the rigs to close to the wall. We can place a barbell there put can't put any plates on it because it's too close. Other than that the quality is great!”
