With 25 levels of resistance, the French Fitness SE400 Recumbent Seated Elliptical w/LED Console is a total body recumbent elliptical and rehabilitation machine that offers plenty of options to meet your fitness level and goals. The design of SE400 puts less pressure on your hips and knees and allows you to exercise your calves, thighs, and glute muscles with less strain. Perform iso-lateral upper body exercises with the multi-grip handlebars that allows you to target and engage different upper body muscle groups. Includes an easy-to-read LED display with information on your time, distance, calories, speed, and heart rate. It also features a large ergonomic adjustable seat and backrest to accommodate all heights and weights comfortably.
