The TBH10 can be used together with the French Fitness Olympic Bar and French Fitness TBL10 360 Degree T-Bar Row Landmine to create a versatile piece of equipment. The T-bar row's shaped handle is set at the correct angle allowing you to pull weights while giving you optimum range of movement through out the training. The bar anchored to the landmine will maintain a fixed bar path which simplifies the movement allowing you to pay more attention to proper form and technique.

For use with Olympic (2") AND standard (1") bars
