The Life Fitness Signature Series Row/Rear Delt is a great machine for targeting your lats and rear deltoids. This machine has multiple grips to alternate exercises between lats and rear delts. It is also designed with an adjustable chest pad to accommodate users of all sizes. This row/rear delt machine is one of a series of great Life Fitness Signature Selectorized units.
