The fully contained unit includes two height-adjustable training handles, hinged med ball target for explosive throwing exercises, ergonomically sound pull-up bar, landmine attachment, base anchor and integrated accessory storage space.

INTEGRATED BASE ANCHORS
Chrome-plated base anchor offers a convenient attachment point for battle ropes and resistance bands

ADJUSTABLE TRAINING HANDLES
The Connexus system’s accessory attachment points release easily for quick changes between exercises and accommodate a wide range of accessorie including bands, boxing bags, TRX straps and more for workout versatility.

INTEGRATED LANDMINE ATTACHMENT
For additional flexibility, the optional landmine attachment allows trainers to incorporate more explosive power training into their programming.

MAXIMIZE TRAINING SPACE
The durable hinged med ball target facilitates explosive throwing exercises to enhance power training programs, and easily folds out of the way for access to the unit’s integrated accessory storage space.

STRAIGHT PULL-UP BAR
The straight pull-up bar features a neutral-position comfort grip to accommodate a wide variety of users. The bar can also serve as a battle rope anchor point for high pulls.
