New Life Fitness Equipment Requirements:
As an authorized Life Fitness dealer we have an assigned regional territory and are unable to deliver our New Life Fitness Equipment to customers outside of our territory. There are 3 regions to select from:
Region 1: SF, East Bay Area, & Modesto Area:
This is part of our assigned regional territory, which we are fully authorized to sell and deliver to. For this region, customers can place orders through our checkout online. Customers have the option of selecting In-Store Pickup or White Glove Delivery. Customers are also welcome view our showroom prior to purchasing, as we have a select few new Life Fitness equipment on display.
Our assigned regional territory consists of all of San Francisco, and most of the East Bay Area including all of Alameda County and all of Contra Costa County. Also, part of Solano County, including Benicia, Vallejo, Fairfield, Rio Vista, American Canyon, and Napa. We can also deliver to the following cities in the Central Valley - and those cities that are in between: Tracy, Lathrop, French Camp, Manteca, Stockton, Ripton, Modesto, Turlock, Patterson, and Los Banos. If slightly outside these areas please contact us before completing checkout and we will check the rules on what we can do
Region 2: California Other [In-Store Pickup/Visit Req'd]
Customers outside of our assigned regional territory must either pickup the machine from our warehouse in Concord, CA, or visit our warehouse prior to purchasing. Customers who will be picking up are free to use our online checkout. Customers can only choose the delivery option if they have visited our warehouse prior to purchasing. If the delivery option is selected in our online checkout and the customer has not, or will not be visiting our store then we will cancel and refund the order
Region 3: Outside California [NEW Life Fitness Equipment N/A]
We can't sell New Life Fitness Equipment to customers outside California, with the exception of a Nevada or Oregon customer who wants to pickup. Any orders will be cancelled and refunded. We do have a full selection of pre-owned Life Fitness and many other brands to choose from, all of which, we do ship anywhere in the USA or Canada
