The SCIFIT PRO1 SPORT is a commercial upper body ergometer with adjustable arm cranks and low starting resistance. The machine has bi-directional resistance so the user can exercise in the forward or backward direction. It has been enhanced with a sturdy standing platform with up to a 750 lb weight capacity. This machine is ideal for ground based training, stability ball or disc work. Use the ergometer for one or both arm exercises. - Adjustable and reversible arm cranks for greater range of movement, variety. Arm cranks are 19 degrees from the vertical plane, for the most biomechanically correct position.
- Fully adjustable head (35"-61" range) and monitor accommodates users of all heights and allows them to exercise while seated or standing, providing more exercise options and versatility.
