Shipping Options: 2 Service Levels: Curbside or 'Room of Choice'

Curbside Delivery

We offer curbside delivery for all products. Your machine(s) are placed on the closest curb to your location accessible by a truck. It is a 1 person delivery, and it will arrive in a crate. The truck will back up, use a liftgate, and drop the pallet off. The customer will be responsible for placing the machine where they want it, as well as removing / disposing of packaging. Some products will arrive disassembled, and some fully assembled. Ask us for clarification, though the product page will have this info. Please contact us if you need any clarification on whether or not this method will apply to your situation. Shipping transportation time is 3-8 Business Days if you're in the lower 48 states, and longer outside.

Curbside Delivery, Disassembled: We offer this option on some products. We only disassemble it slightly, generally enough to fit through a standard door. It's an attractive option for large machines being moved inside standard doors. If your door has a certain width, feel free to state in the order comments "disassemble so it fits through my XX inch door". Reference above for more info

Curbside Delivery, Fully Assembled: This is our most standard option. Machine will arrive fully assembled. You just need to move it to where you want it, plug it in (if it's powered by a wall), and start using. Reference above for more info

'Room of Choice' Delivery

Applies to Garage Installs and Room Installs. Scroll down to find option to select. The item will be delivered fully assembled in any room, whether it is up 4 flights of stairs, or needs to be takes apart to fit through a doorway, they will get it done at the 'Room of Choice' Delivery Price - even when it requires up to 3-4 men. Packaging material will be removed and hauled away. Machine will always be received Fully Assembled. Sometimes it will be assembled on site, other times it will be shipped fully assembled. Shipping transportation time is 5-15 Business Days, depending on where you are located. Please note the possible wait time for 'room of choice' deliveries. We will need to know exactly where it is going in your home, including width of the most narrow door, info / pics on turns, and number of stairs involved. You can provide this info in the order comments in our checkout, or we will email you after the order is placed. It will need to be proved prior to shipping.
*Please note that room of choice delivery does not include a demonstration of how to use the product, or even plugging it in. The delivery people are movers, not fitness experts. Please note you might be sent an email from us requesting measurements of doorways, and videos / pictures of the path, among other things. Failure to provide correct info could result in delays, as well as your item(s) needing to be redelivered due to the delivery company not having the proper notes to make the delivery.  

'Garage Delivery' Fully Assembled: This applies to Garages, warehouses, etc. The essential rule to meet this rate is to make sure is can be rolled on wheels for the entire path (no ledges or stairs), the path is at least 60" wide, and that it does not need and disassembly. If there is 1 step, ledge, a door, or the path is under 60" wide, then one of the below options will need to be selected. The packaging material will be removed and hauled away. 'Room of Choice' Delivery, Fully Assembled (0-3 Steps): Select this option if it does not meet the garage delivery requirements, and is going on ground level. As long as there are 3 steps or less required to take from the street to the actual room, select this. The item might already arrive fully assembled, or might be assembled on site. 'Room of Choice' Delivery, Fully Assembled (4+ Steps): Select this if going upstairs, downstairs, etc. If there are 4 steps or more required to take from the street to the actual room, select this. The item might already arrive fully assembled, or might be assembled on site. The packaging material will be removed and hauled away. *Regarding Curbside/'Room of Choice' Deliveries:Once the machine ships we will email you tracking numbers, which will tell you the approximate date of arrival. Once the machine arrives to the local delivery terminal, the shipping company will call you at the phone number(s) provided to schedule a delivery time. They are flexible on the dates, and would generally provide a 2-4 hour window in terms of when they would deliver. Please note it will not be delivered until the company gets in contact with you to setup a delivery time with the phone number(s) you provide us. Please provide any additional contact methods under 'Order Comments' to ensure quick delivery. Also, in cases when you are unavailable or out of town, delivery can be delayed up to 1 month by the shipping company at no additional charge. PLEASE NOTE: These notes do not apply to Northern California or International deliveries (See below).

*Northern California Deliveries:We deliver on our own vehicles for Northern California. No tracking will be provided. We will call you in advance to schedule an appointment. It is usually quicker

Tax Information

Sales Tax

8.375% is charged to all California Buyers. Tax is not charged to buyers of any other states.
VAT / GST Taxes to Canada: Only applies to customers from Canada. Payment for VAT/GST taxes and customs/brokerage fees is collected at the time of payment. It will be processed through our online checkout. No other fees will occur, as we will handle all taxes / fees and paperwork once payment is collected up front. Please call us if you have any questions or need assistance. For Canadian customers
VAT / GST Taxes (Outside USA/Canada):All International customers (excluding Canada) are responsible for VAT/GST taxes and customs/brokerage fees. The customer will be responsible for finding their own customs broker. We will assist in anyway necessary. Please call us if you have any questions or need assistance.

Tax Exempt

Feel free to complete checkout, as we will adjust the total before we charge your card. Under 'order comments', state that you are tax exempt and will be providing that information. International Shipping

For International Customers (Outside the USA and Canada): The international sales info below applies to customers outside of the USA and Canada. Fitness Superstore offers door to ocean port shipping anywhere in the world.
Shipping Cost: To calculate the shipping cost, simply add the items that you are interested in to the online shopping cart, enter your country, then hit calculate shipping cost. Our online shopping cart will automatically calculate the appropriate shipping method and pricing based on the items selected, and your country. Our online shopping cart will determine if you need individual crates, or containers, along with the container size. You are also welcome to arrange your own shipping, and Fitness Superstore will package. If you want to do this, select "In Store Pickup" on our online checkout.
Packaging: If you are ordering a large quantity, then we will put your equipment on pallets, package, and place in a container. Payment: We accept payment by wire transfer, check, Credit Card, PayPal, and Amazon Pay for buyers in an international countries. You can complete the transaction online through our shopping cart and select one of these methods.
Additional Fees: Please note: international buyers are responsible for transportation from the ocean port to the final destination, as well as all import / border / brokerage / duty / customs / VAT / GST taxes and fees that their country applies. Fitness Superstore can assist by providing appropriate invoices and other paperwork.
Door to Ocean Port Shipping: Please note the ocean port will be the closest shipping port accessible by ocean to the final destination, which may or may not be located in the actual country of the buyer.
Warranty: we do offer a parts warranty for all international transactions. Please note that it will be parts only, and does not include labor. We do, however, have technicians available by phone and email who can walk you through installing or diagnosing the issue, and appropriate part to replace. All remanufactured items which ship internationally will include a 6 month parts warranty, along with the option of purchasing an extended parts warranty of 1, 2, or 3 years. You can select the option, and view costs on the product page on our website by selecting the appropriate parts & labor warranty (which will be parts only when shipper outside the USA or Canada). Please note that Fitness Superstore will cover all shipping charges related to shipping warrantied parts internationally. Please also note that new products will include the manufacturers warranty, which may or may not be valid for items shipped outside the USA.
Language Options: You can select your language on the top of our website to view the website in your language. English is standard.
Currency Options: All pricing is listed in US Dollars by default. You can select the currency method in the dropdown menu on the top of our website to have our pricing display in the Australian Dollar, British Pound, Canadian Dollar, Euro, or Japanese Yen. If your currency is not listed, you can checkout in US Dollars. Credit Card, PayPal and Amazon Pay will automatically convert to your currency. For a Check or Wire Transfer, we can confirm the total in your currency once the order is placed.
Voltage Conversions: Much of our fitness equipment is cordless (self powered). All of our plug-in products have an option to select a voltage upgrade at our product page. All Pricing is listed for the machine to be 100-120V, which is standard in North / South America, and some other countries. For an additional cost, we can use a transformer to convert the product to your countries voltage, 220-240V.
Metric Conversions: Please specify in the order comments section of our online checkout if you would like your display to be converted to Metric Units, and we will do that. Also, many of our machines have the option for the display to appear in a language other than English. If you would like your language, please specify in the order comments section of our online checkout. We are also able to perform PAL & NTSC Conversions for Display Readouts.
