Description

The Total Abdominal from the Selection Line is a specific product for working out the abdominal muscles and hip flexors. Resistance is provided by a weight stack which enables the workload to be adjusted to suit each type of user. The Total Abdominal was designed based on biomechanical research carried out to develop Biostrength, innovative movement arm allows the user to achieve total stability without the need for adjustments, and the back rest ensures pelvic stability and abdominal muscles' isolation. The seats and backrests are ergonomic, allowing the user to assume a physiologically correct posture during the execution of each exercise.
