Aerobic training on the Vario Crosstrainer increases endurance, improves well-being, strengthens the cardiovascular system, improves metabolism and burns fat. Regular cardio increases resistance to stress, reduces the risk of developing diabetes, and improves psychological well-being.

Training and muscle development

During training, the heart muscle and almost all the muscles of the upper and lower body are involved. The simulator allows you to train simultaneously on the lower and upper body, increasing the effectiveness of aerobic training, or only on the lower body, emphasizing the load on the target muscles of the legs.

Combined loads

The system of handles and handrails allows you to combine the load on the target muscle groups of the upper and lower body, and the biomechanically verified movement trajectory involves the maximum number of muscles during training.

Ease of switching between exercises

All three types of workouts can be easily switched by the user during the training without the need for stopping and additional settings. The most optimal combination is: the transition from step to elliptical movements, then to running with a wide step, the training ends with a transition to step movements.

Control and safety

A telemetric heart rate monitoring system and touch sensors on the handles allow you to monitor your heart rate and, if necessary, make timely adjustments to the training process.
