Description

SCIFIT Treadmills are high performance machines with certain power requirements that must be maintained in the field for proper operation. Inadequate power may result in intermittent failure of the elevation system and improper speed valuation of the running belt.

"Dedicated circuits" for each treadmill must be installed in accordance with current voltage drop standards set by NEC code. See Table 1 below. (Table 1 shall be considered as a guideline only; any questions should be brought to the attention of a licensed electrician.)

Note: A dedicated circuit is a power outlet reserved for the exclusive use of one and only one treadmill. This includes hot, neutral, and ground wires. This is done to provide proper frame ground drainage of the treadmill. The outlet should not be shared with any other piece of equipment.
